Helping Hands

When just a little bit of help makes a world of difference.

Helping hands Ministry is offered by Kingston United Methodist Church with the aim of providing assistance to those who are unable to do small household jobs, need transportation, need help writing cards or letters etc.

This ministry is staffed by volunteers – both those who coordinate the projects and those who provide the work. There is no cost for this service unless there are materials to be purchased for the project.

Those of us who are able in the faith need to step in and lend a hand to those who falter, and not just do what is most convenient to us. Strength is for service, not status. Each one of us needs to look after the good of the people around us, asking ourselves, “How can I help?” ROMANS 15:1-2 – The Message
